Zero Down Payment Home Loans
There are only two grant programs available to purchase a home with a zero down payment:
1) Veterans or VA Loans
Military veterans can qualify for affordable, below market interest rates in obtaining mortgage financing throught the VA program. Qualified veterans are those who served on active duty and applied for financing within 25 years after the date of which the veteran left service.

2) USDA or Rural Loans.
For a USDA loan there are restrictions to where you can live.

The FHA loan offers energy efficient mortgages, loans for manufactured or mobile homes, 203k rehabilitation loans and several other programs.
